Three years after they began dating, Channing Tatum and fiancée Zoë Kravitz made their first official red carpet debut together. The engaged pair stunned at the Los Angeles premiere for their film Blink Twice on Aug. 8, posing together in matching ensembles.
Kravitz, 35, went for a simple yet elegant floor-length black gown with a side cutout, while Tatum, 44, kept things classic in a black suit with a white shirt.
Posing with their arms around one another, the couple even showed a little PDA, holding each other close and gazing into each other’s eyes.
The movie, which is Kravitz’s directorial debut, holds a special place in the couple’s love story. The Big Little Lies actress had the Magic Mike star in mind when writing the role of tech billionaire Slater King, who invites an unsuspecting cocktail waitress to his private island where strange things start to happen.
They met on the in 2021, and the rest was history.
And as Tatum’s Blink Twice co-star Levon Hawke explained, the pair were in sync from the beginning.
"I kind of couldn't have imagined working with a significant other and having it go as well as it did," Levon exclusively told E! News' Will Marfuggi at the film’s premiere Aug. 8. "And they were on the same page the entire time… It felt both special just to be there working on it and also, just to see people so in love, working so hard together."
Though the couple kept the early days of their romance mostly private, they have started opening up more recently. In March they attended the Hollywood Walk of Fame ceremony for Zoë’s father, Lenny Kravitz, after confirming their engagement in October 2023.
“Our relationship was sort of born inside of the creative process of it in a way,” Tatum explained in an exclusive interview with E! News at the Fly Me To the Moon premiere July 8. “It didn't feel any different. That was what brought us together and made us really feel like we're very connected on what we love about life, what we love about just things in general about being alive.”
In fact, working with Kravitz taught Tatum a valuable lesson. “If you think you're in love with somebody and you're thinking about, ‘Do I want to stay with them forever or be with them or have a child with them or get married?’ Go find the hardest possible project that you can physically find,” he noted. “Go build a house, paint a room, do something.”

In a June 2021 interview with Deadline, Channing Tatum shared how honored he was that Zoë Kravitz thought to include him in her directorial debut, Pussy Island.
Amid rumblings of a romance, Tatum and Kravitz appeared to confirm their relationship status in Aug. 2021 with a sweet bike ride around New York City. "There's more than a friendship going on with Channing and Zoe," a source told E! News at the time. "They are spending a lot of time together and having fun. They are more than just close friends or co-stars. Their relationship has grown into more."
Though they initially posed separately on the 2021 Met Gala red carpet, the duo was photographed exiting the star-studded event together. Tatum even shared a photo with Kravitz on his Instagram Story from the after-party.
For their first Halloween together, the pair dressed up as Robert De Niro and Jodie Foster's characters from the film Taxi Driver.
During a chat with GQ, published in Nov. 2022, Kravitz said of Tatum, "He's just a wonderful human. He makes me laugh and we both really love art and talking about art and the exploration of why we do what we do. We love to watch a film and break it down and talk about it and challenge each other."
After over two years of dating, multiple outlets confirmed that Kravitz and Tatum are engaged to be married.
